Once a complaint is submitted, the Customer Service Team will contact you within 2 working days in order to properly understand the complaint and to establish the best way to resolve it. This could include providing the complainant with an explanation, an apology if appropriate or, for more serious matters, it could include investigation and misconduct proceedings.

You have the right to request a review of decisions made during the complaints handling process. Details of the right to review, and to whom the review should be sent, will be included in any letters sent to you.
